Beef!

Expensive but very Nutritional,  Beef is the best protein source. This is 93/7 beef, meaning its 7% fat. This is more appropriate for the off season. 96/4 beef is leaner than most ground Turkey and is the ideal protein for contest prep. But it's often 6$ a lb so few but women can afford it. If I was made of $ I would eat 2 lbs of beef a day.
