Dumbbell Pullovers

The BEST movement to warm up the Lats before Pulldowns or Pullups.  I often do 3 sets super light as a warm up, or pyramid up with increasing weight for a pre Exhaust. This can be replaced with the Lat pullover machine or straight arm Pulldowns, however when you master this it's the best of the three!
