Flat Bench is the King of all chest movements to many, but I feel the incline bench is better for chest growth. Since it's so heavy Flat Bench is really the Most weight the Triceps ever handle and as such this is the best tricep movement along with the close grip bench. Many can replace this with a Close Grip Bench on tricep day and Incline Bench on Chest day, similar to how one can replace Russian Deadlifts with Rack Pulls on Back day and Romanians on Hamstring day.
